It is difficult to describe concisely the many disturbing aspects of this clip from a presentation on teen "top surgery" by Johanna Olson-Kennedy and surgeon/entrepreneur Scott Mosser. The video really speaks for itself. Olson-Kennedy had just published a paper in which she described referring healthy (but confused) 13-17 year old girls for bilateral mastectomy.
