Once the chest-tissue-having parents realize that binders are uncomfortable, Olson-Kennedy reasons, they will surely be glad to allow their daughters' healthy breasts to be chopped off.

Note his use of superlatives -- he repeatedly describes the patient as "thrilled"; he makes a point of describing the patient's high "emotional intelligence"; he describes him as being in "extreme comfort"; etc. Psychologists suggest that people who speak with many superlatives, as Mosser does here, may be telling lies.

“Now there’s an ‘Apple myth.’ Are you ready? To be an Apple, you have to have been insistent, persistent, consistent in an asserted ‘gender identity’ since early childhood. Otherwise, you don’t qualify, and you might even just be following a fad, if you show up at age 15, for the first time, ever. In reality, you have ‘late-harvest Apples.’ You must […inaudible…] That a person can discover they’re an Apple at any point in life – two, five, 15 or 50. To first have a self-discovery, or move into being an Apple. And this is in accordance with consolidation of our ‘gender selves’ being a lifelong, potentially fluid process, rather than fixed at a particular point in time.”Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy speaks about cross-sex hormones and surgery for minorsIs This Appropriate Treatment?2021-02-26 | Excerpts from Olson-Kennedy's talk at the 2015 "Gender Infinity" conference. Olson-Kennedy and Mosser make light of drastic surgery in healthy teensIs This Appropriate Treatment?2019-12-04 | It is difficult to describe concisely the many disturbing aspects of this clip from a presentation on teen "top surgery" by Johanna Olson-Kennedy and surgeon/entrepreneur Scott Mosser. The video really speaks for itself. Olson-Kennedy had just published a paper in which she described referring healthy (but confused) 13-17 year old girls for bilateral mastectomy.
Recorded July 2018 at the "Professional Symposium" of the "Gender Spectrum" conference. Gender Spectrum is a California-based organization that works to "normalize" child-transgendering throughout the United States.

Gender Spectrum, Gender Odyssey and Gender Infinity are the three (known) nonprofit organizations in the US that focus exclusively on recruiting "trans kids" (sic). Each organization holds at least one major conference each year, and all the new families who are freaking out because some school counselor, doctor or therapist has told them their child is "trans" are there, with furrowed brow. But some "old hands" are there too -- parents who were in their shoes last year, or the year before. Don't worry, they say. We're all in this together.
And so the trauma-bonding extravaganza begins. There's lots of humor, lots of "info," plenty of insistence that this is all quite natural -- indeed, it's "transphobic" to believe that a "trans" pathway for kids is less good than a normal one!
Anyway, by the end of the weekend they've laughed, cried, been guilt-tripped about their transphobia, love-bombed, met new friends for life, etc. etc. At the Gender Spectrum conference, and possibly the others, families are encouraged to stay overnight in the dorm rooms of the college where the meeting is held (it's summer break). They have a barbecue in the college plaza, roast marshmallows, the works! and it's family fun for all.Diane Ehrensaft making various incorrect and foolish statementsIs This Appropriate Treatment?2019-04-10 | Recorded at the "Professional Symposium" of the Gender Spectrum child-transing organization, July 2018. She is speaking to "gender therapists" and other keen participants in the "trans" industry.Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy explains her twisted point of viewIs This Appropriate Treatment?2019-04-01 | Olson-Kennedy (who refers healthy but confused 13 year old girls to surgeons to have their breasts cut off) explains why parents should always do what confused children tell them to do. Incoherently, she adds that for those who later feel that taking hormone drugs and having needless surgery were a mistake: "That doesn't -- it wasn't really a role in their decision-making up front." Olson-Kennedy's gal-pal/buddy Aydin Olson-Kennedy chimes in to suggest a need to bother and harass doctors until they cave in to granting such "care."
This was recorded at the Gender Spectrum organization's "family day," July 7, 2018, Moraga, California. This auditorium was packed full of parents and grandparents of confused children who believe they're the opposite sex.Diane EHRENSAFT describes how to persuade parents of confused kids that sterilizing them is OKIs This Appropriate Treatment?2019-03-24 | In this 23-minute clip, psychologist Ehrensaft of the "Gender Spectrum" organization describes her process of making 10-11 year old children - who are on the "affirmative care" path to "trans" life, which includes sterilization - decide immediately whether they will someday want to have kids. If so, she will give them some disturbing information. She acknowledges that this process will be traumatic for the children, but tries to justify it with fallacious reasoning. Later, she instructs her audience of "gender therapists" that if parents balk at having their child embark on the medicalized, sterile, "trans" lifestyle of permanent patient-hood, it's appropriate for therapists to suggest that the child may commit suicide.
After some meandering and repeated attempts at levity, Ehrensaft quotes from an article by a physician who strongly opposes the transgendering of children. She attempts to disparage the physician, perhaps so that audience members would not blink if they encountered this or similar articles.

However, there is no evidence that any child in foster care has ever committed suicide because he or she was not given hormones or surgery as a treatment for gender dysphoria. Suicides do not "go up."
June 2018Radical mastectomies (top surgery) for healthy 13 yr old girls in Los AngelesIs This Appropriate Treatment?2018-11-22 | Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy discusses her activities, referring healthy teenage girls -- as young as age 13 -- for radical mastectomies (euphemistically called "top surgery"). Why? Because they think they're boys.
We are in the middle of an epidemic of teenage transsexualism (rapid onset gender dysphoria -- ROGD), a social contagion. Thousands of teens and college age kids, mostly young women, are abruptly announcing that they are "trans."
Olson-Kennedy's paper describing this "work" is in JAMA Pediatrics (2018)

Kaiser Permanente surgeons have also created pseudo-"vaginas" from the genitals of 16 year old boys.
Kaiser Permanente is a huge non-profit health maintenance organization (HMO) in the western United States.

The problem is that health insurance won't pay for such "treatment" if they don't have dysphoria. Solution: Sherer sends them to UCSF child psychologist Dr. DIANE EHRENSAFT to have their psychological evaluation paperwork "RUBBER-STAMPED."

Recorded July 6, 2018 at the Professional Symposium of the Gender Spectrum child transing organization.Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy explains why mastectomies for healthy teen girls is no big dealIs This Appropriate Treatment?2018-11-05 | Trans industry physician Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy flippantly describes the maturity of teen girls whom she has referred for drastic and unnecessary breast surgery. If any of these girls later regrets this decision, she can simply "go and get" breast implants, no big deal.
It is shocking and hard to believe, but Olson-Kennedy has referred at least two girls age *13* for surgery to chop off their breasts, and many others age 14, 15, 16, 17. Why? Because they have rapid-onset gender dysphoria, a temporary mental illness, and claim to be boys. That's why she uses the trans-jargon term, "chest surgery." Olson-Kennedy's paper in JAMA Pediatrics (2018) provides plenty of evidence of her practice with teen girls.
