With Felony Rework mod's update 2.2 came a new way to earn Willpower in Free Drive felony getaways, as well as a Heat Level system to back it up. More Willpower you earn through actions conducted in a chase, more Heat you rack up and the more aggressive police will be. You will either lose or keep the attained Willpower depending on whether you lose or win the event. It's still experimental and balance is in its early days, but it shows potential.
