DSF features a few dynamic events, such as delivery vans parked across the city, or cop chases the player can partake in. The 17th February 2011 pre-release Xbox 360 build showed evidence as to a new one, gone unused in the final game, although deep within its code.
This video showcases not only what the Traffic Events are exactly, but also the cut one in action, featuring various emergency vehicles. Likely going to make use of this in a mod later on.
