Introducing Felony Rework Rebalanced and the new Stimulus Package; rebalancing effort for the original mod and optional sub-mod with 4 new activities to play!

The mod has been rebalanced to give more of a consistent, tough and fun experience across various game modes & missions, as well as adding new features and playable content. Eventually building up on this premise to improve the missions further as well as adding new ones.
