To prioritise road safety, HCCB set up Driver Management Centres (DMCs) in various locations across the country. The DMCs are equipped with basic facilities such as beds, canteens, restrooms, and more, to ensure that drivers receive proper rest and care before they set out on their respective routes.
Additional features of the DMCs include:
-Assessing technology-analysed variables like time and distance covered
-GPS with actionable insights on driver behaviour
-Physical and mental health tests to ascertain fatigue and stress
- Reward, recognition, data-based error elimination
