For the last 4 missions in San Francisco, we begin with a mission involving the kidnapping of Mojo. The kidnapper tells Tanner that has to pass through multiple phone booths in time, until the last one to deliver the ransom money. After freeing Mojo, he reveals that Castaldi is working with Don Hancock, who is running for presidency, as well warns Tanner about Slater suspecting on him. Then we head to a random guy's job, which ends up being a set up that forces us to lose the cops before heading to our hideout. Third mission is a job for Luther, where we have to pickup a man named Ross from the train stopping in Downtown before the cops get to him, and drop him at the underground carpark. For the last mission from the video, Tanner was looking into documents from Castaldi until he hear foot steps. Slater was in fact spying on Tanner, which force us to chase and ram his car to prevent him from reaching Castaldi. Sometime after, Rudy and Luther arrives on Tanner place. They say that Slater was arrested by the cops, which results in Castaldi to have Tanner working exclusively for his contacts. We are moving up to Los Angeles, where we be doing the next missions.
As said in previous video, we have a bunch of stuff added. First is "The Mercy Mission", which has a 4th segment that has us to drive to Presidio, where the final phone booth is. For whatever reason, that segment was left unused on PS1 version, and the mission ends on the booth in Chinatown despite the conclusion cutscene taking place on Presidio. The hack includes a cutscene omitted from PS1, where after getting to Chinatown, Tanner is told to go to the phone booth in Presidio. Also we play a fixed version of the fourth segment, as the one in the vanilla version doesn't has the text "Get to the call box", and has way more the time needed to get the 4th booth. Another inclusion is a cutscene that the chinese guy tells Tanner about a new wheels that got for him. In PC that means driving another car instead of the standard one for some missions, which was a cut feature on PS1. However Comando52Colton, the author of the PCfied Editon patch, had the nice idea of changing the drivable vehicle for the missions "The Set Up" and "The Hyde Street Pick Up". Instead of using the regular four-doors silver car, we drive the brown car we used in the second half from the mission Guns in the Trunk. All cool additions, and there's more to come in the Los Angeles chapter.
