Disclaimer: There's probably many cues and ways to accomplish the same thing with this strat but the following are the cues I use.
1.Begin charging your beam the moment the last young draygon has completely left the screen.
2. Get over to the right ledge. You don't have to do this fast except get over there before the particles emerge on screen. You want them to be there when samus is perfectly still.
3.Your cue to short charge left is the the 3rd time the particles gather in the very center of your body. Notice I do this when they're fully locked together inside samus, not just as they touch her. I believe doing this makes the particles gather together closer. If it's done well enough you'll see 2 particles almost acting as 1 on screen. Practice this short charge a bit becuase there is some lag, use foreground cues to time the taps. I do a 2 tap.
4.Where you press down is largely irrelevent I think but usually i end up stopping near that little right angeled post. While flashing, quickly move over to the crab like figure. I like to stand a little on the left of the crab but further in will work also. Wait for the particles to come down in front of you then do a small running jump to the right, arcing up and left to spark into dray. Typically the spark is very delayed.
