Debroah Galvez uses a foam core from Bischoff's Taxidermy and Animal FX in North Hollywood, California. The chicken head was supplied by Rick Lazzarini's The Character Shop in Simi Valley.

Spandex is the recommended fabric for this application because it’s strong, smooth, and stretchy. Pick a spandex color that matches your pelt color. Here, Deborah Galvez is using white spandex because the pelt is going to be white.
