No one else put up any strategies for this fight without DC/calendar classes so here you go.

The idea is that you have to kill all three heads at once without letting them become enraged all at once. If that wasn't annoying enough they also regenerate health each turn.

Blade of Awe usually isn't optimal, but mana sustain can be an issue here. also mewphantposting
