Boss Fight starts at 2:29. I kept the cutscene in because Don Mole is funny :)
Discount James Brown isn't too tricky but he can confuse your party with his performance. Don't worry about his mobs, just focus on him. He won't use his performance attack as long as one of them is still alive. Use your strongest attacks with tension and have someone on standby with Healing or Herbs should anyone drop below 50 HP.
