Trap Box isn't a difficult boss, more of an annoying boss. He can cast Snooze and Fuddle (which has a chance of Paralyzing someone) on your party. He can also Critical Hit anyone for around 90 HP, which can one shot Jessica or Angelo so be careful for that.
For this fight, have Angelo use Kabuff on everybody 2 or 3 times and Tingle when Trap Box puts people to sleep. Psych up with Hero and Jessica and use Multithrust and Twin Dragon Lash. Have Yangus use Helm Spitter and healing herbs should Jessica and Angelo fall below 80 HP.
This is the fight with a full party and you have access to Metal Slime farming now. I recommend levelling to around Level 19 or 20, which gives Hero and Angelo access to Zing. This dungeon is also your first good spot for grinding money, of which you need a lot in this game.
