This is it, FINAL BOSS TIME! for real. By this point you will have seen almost all Rhapthorne's moves but he has a couple more now. He can put a party member to sleep, heal for 500HP, heal for MP and unleash all power that deals around 200 damage to everyone. On the whole however, he is less difficult than his baby form since he can't crit hit you. Just build up your tension with Oomph and attack when you can, buff and heal when you can and reapply when the Wave of Ice hits. Eventually he will down go and congrats, you have completed Dragon Quest 8!
