You always gotta love it when David Arkenstone has some new tavern music for WoW. Shadowlands didn't have any unfortunately, so we haven't gotten one since BfA. Still though, it's great to hear this sorta stuff again.

The inn music plays in inns and taverns throughout the Dragon Isles, like the Roasted Ram in Valdrakken, or the Conjured Biscuit Inn in Azure Vaults.

The harp music mainly plays around NPCs that are playing a harp instrument, like Lokanna in the Roasted Ram who is playing their harp next to that decadent worgen.
