My review of Hunter S. Thompsons second true novel and the only one of the two that was published proper, The Rum Diary. Its a breezy read and one with some hidden depth and it wont set you back too much. I would highly suggest it. The Rum Diary wont blow your mind but is well-worth the money you would spend on it.
Edit: I had to change the description because I had listed this as HSTs first novel, when in fact the still-unpublished Prince Jellyfish is his first.")
