This is the opening sequence and closing credits for Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Video. This version is used on the VHS and DVD releases of:

One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish / Oh, the Thinks You can Think! / The Foot Book
The Cat in the Hat Comes Back / Fox in Socks / There's a Wocket in my Pocket!
Hop on Pop / Oh Say can you Say / Marvin K. Mooney, will you Please Go Now!

In this case, the beginning uses the "Britt Allcroft Presents" logo variant before the intro, while the end uses the "A Britt Allcroft Production" logo after the credits, as both variants use the jingle.
