Source: The end of A Close Shave capped from the 2005 DVD release of Wallace & Gromit in Three Amazing Adventures by Nickelodeon and Paramount Home Entertainment.

After the credits (and the Aardman logo), the 1991-1997 BBC closing logo is shown, followed by the Nickelodeon haypile logo, respectively. In this case, the Metropolis DVD logo is omitted on this DVD.
