This is part 6 of the interview with Dr James Tour, where we discuss the necessary and essential role of enzymes in life. I ask him whether the majority of enzymes are proteins, and whether we need enzymes to create proteins, which is obviously a paradox! I also ask about the protein folding problem, which in cases need needs enzymes too, adding even more to the paradox!!
