Hi Loveland, check out the recently opened block of 4th Street, between Cleveland Ave. and Lincoln Ave.

This key block is now open, marking another big step forward in the transformation of downtown through the Heart Improvement Plan.

With every completed block, downtown becomes more welcoming and vibrant, featuring:
• Wider, ADA-accessible sidewalks and seating
• Improved power, stormwater, and water utilities
• Updated infrastructure
• Fresh landscaping
• Decorative lighting
• A brand‑new roadway
• Public art coming later this year
