There are 5 camera glitches you can do inside the "film" of the Cinema Verite sidequest in Silent Hill Downpour. This part covers the glitches from inside Pat Napier's house. More information below.

How do I do these camera glitches?
For all of these glitches, you want to run in circles alternating between the available static camera angles until a free angle appears.
What happens with this glitch?
These are special glitches from those in previous videos, because you aren't trying to take a free angle from one area and put it into another: instead, you're creating a free angle from two static angles by screwing with the angle shift point. It's very weird.
Does this work for all static camera angles?
From what I've been able to do, no. The only ones I've been able to glitch out are found in this short video series. If you don't see it in this series, that means it might not be possible (even though I always hold hope).
Why does this work?
In the areas where this works, those areas' perspectives were originally "free", and at some point in development they forced the "static" angle in. Which means if you can do this glitch, you'll see the area from the perspective it originally had. This isn't an official explanation, but it makes sense.
Does this trick work in the opposite way? Can you glitch a static angle into an area with a free angle?
No. That doesn't even make sense, my dear Frodo. The reason this glitch works is you're removing an artificially inserted static angle.. You can't add an angle to a room that never had it in the first place.
*Bonus*
This glitch actually carries an amazing discovery with it. In the hallway, you'll be able to illuminate a blood spatter on the wall that is otherwise completely impossible to see from the default static angles normally encountered in the game. Why is this here? And why would they make it so that it's impossible to see normally?
You can also see footprints near one of the doors and the wheelman's tracks leading to the backroom, although those are visible enough in normal gameplay if you look hard enough.
It's that blood spatter on the wall (across the painting) that actually seriously took me by surprise.
This is my personal theory (spoilers for the game):
Since this house is supposed to be Patrick Napier's house (the guy who kidnapped and murdered Murphy's son Charlie Pendleton), I believe this blood spatter could suggest that Charlie was taken to the house and held behind the door near the front entrance (the door that violently shakes when you approach it). Charlie was held behind this door and was...well, the game does a good enough job at suggesting what Pat Napier does. But I believe Charlie may have gotten out of this room (hence the seemingly supernatural manifestation of the door banging open and shut when Murphy approaches) and Pat caught up to Charlie and struck him with some blunt object, creating this blood spatter on the wall in the hallway. He then probably took him to the back section of the house before taking him down to the lake and disposing of his body.
It's not a happy story.
But that's my theory about what the blood spatter is, and what it might represent.
