With baseline testing out of the way, our quest to double our Monte Carlo's horsepower while cutting emissions in half continues. In this episode, our 1987 Monte Carlo SS, nicknamed Project Prodi-G, gets a Summit Racing MAX-efi system in place of its stock carburetor. Along with the EFI system, we also added a new fuel tank and an in-tank fuel pump from Aeromotive.
