Ukrainian drones struck Russia’s Syzran oil refinery for the second time in less than a month, causing a fire at the facility. The refinery had previously halted operations following a July attack.
Overnight, drones also targeted a massive 77,000-square-meter Wildberries logistics hub in Russia’s Tver region, forcing an evacuation and suspending operations after severe warehouse damage.
