I went to visit Gecko for a few days, so a bunch of cool 2 player levels will be uploaded to my channel over the next week!! I intentionally grinded up to 649 extreme demons so I could beat this for 650, because its a super cool level. When I initially developed the idea for the 2 player contest last year, I was having so many new ideas for how 2.2's features could be used to create interesting 2 player gameplay, and one of those ideas is implemented in this level in the form of the first part going back and forth and crossing paths. spark is a very talented creator in the gameplay and deco department, so it was really cool to see him drop a high quality 2 player level at this difficulty range. I do personally think this is not an extreme demon as it was noticeably easier than a small handful of 2 player insane demons but for some reason a large portion of this level's victors happen to be GD Mods who likely rated it as extreme, so it'll probably stay as one for the foreseeable future.
