Just for my own pleasure as much of this is.
Some are 24p originals in a 30p file, such as the first cut and the movie open for "Network". For grins matched up parts of some of the music with nice stereo versions by Mort Stevens, and a clean cut from a of the main theme from a 1972 affiliate reel to reel digitized when it was in decent shape. (Store analog tapes in ziplocks - it's the humidity changes that kill tape, not really storage temperatures).
Much of this came from really bad internet video, some as low as 360p and none over mediocre 480p. I can only do so much, but more testing of Topaz Video software settings and tech setup.
I loved all of Lou's work, and I enjoy trying to restore some of the best stuff I thought was great as a kid. When the other networks were switching fancy looks each fall, CBS let Lou do as he saw fit, and he kept the best stuff on the air for years, and worked on what he thought was most needed.
