Don't get too close to parked cars, especially if they've just stopped..... you never know when someone could open a door!
Opening a car door into traffic can bring a charge of Undue Care and Attention.
The Highway Code rule 239 (a 'MUST' rule mean's it is an offence under the Higways Act, hence illegal).
I couldn't help but notice, this vehicle's registration doesn't match the insurance database.
If the driver has swapped a personalised numberplate from one vehicle to another, let's hope it's not stolen or involved in a collision.... under most insurance companies 'terms & conditions', they may find the insurance company will wriggle out of paying (as these companies are known to do).
