Update: I know the issue. People suggested it might be due to Stockholm servers, which I was able to confirm (Luxembourg servers and community ones are fine). I messaged Valve about this and I hope they fix this. Thanks to everyone for their help! It means a lot, even if your suggestions didnt fix the problem.
Been having these issues in TF2 lately. They started 1-2 months ago (hadnt played much before then, its possible they started sooner).
snd_restart/ record demo; stop didnt work, verifying the integrity of game files didnt work, reinstalling the game DID work, but only for a couple weeks (issues started again today).
Im assuming its lag, though my ping is around 60, which is normal.
