Firstly I grab the Shotgun so I don't autoswitch from the Plasma Gun. First secret I grab the Cell Pack. Second secret I grab the BFG while avoiding the armor since it opens up a trap full of barons. I clear the way to the Red Key with the BFG to be efficient.
I open up every red pillar to prepare for the third secret containing an Invulnerability. I run across them when waiting for the cacodemons to come out so I can get a clear shot.
With the Invulnerability, I do the teleport maze in a very orthodox way although it's technically possible to do a bunch of tricky platforming to do it here faster which I haven't practiced. I've only seen this done in a TAS so I don't know if it's even viable.
The fourth and final secret is the secret exit. It takes me two attempts to hit the switch that opens it because a baron fireball hits me off course.
Overall, this run is pretty alright, start is quite tough and the section with the lift takes practice. If the lift goes up without me, then there's no way to get it to come back down from inside the room you're left in.
