Don't do this lmfao. I was theory crafting and this is not viable at all. Everything turns into a touch of death around you. Keeping your health up is essential. You even see me spending saving throw in the video.
This is about using the double damage blood punch rune which requires you to have 75 health or less to activate. Possessed demons are pretty weak to blood punches already so I was just trying it out with the rune.
I also tried with pain elemental but it's difficult to land the blood punches on it. When I finally managed it, it did do around 85% damage but still, don't bother.
