Notes:

* MIDI volume lowered by 23% for VSC and MS Synth recordings to better match SC(VA)-55's output level.
* SCVA does not play cymbal chokes correctly. Note how the cymbals at 1:46 incorrectly ring out.
* MS Synth's Picked Bass samples are from the SC-88 (native map) instead of the SC-55.
