At Doom's Gate played with the 4 MB GM v4.1 soundfont by EYE & I Productions.
EYE & I is the creator of the GM sound sets from the Gravis UltraSound sound cards. Their 5.6 MB (v1) sound set was made for the original UltraSound cards, and their 1 MB and 4 MB (v3) sets were made for the UltraSound Plug-n-Play cards.
This 4 MB GM soundfont is the sound set from the Gravis UltraSound Plug-n-Play. This soundfont also contains the GS drumsets.
Unlike the Gravis UltraSound Classic patch set, which is free, this 4 MB set is commercial. It can be purchased online from EYE & I Productions.
Advanced Gravis Computer Technology became part of Kensington Computer Products Group in 1997, and doesn't really exist anymore...
EYE & I on the other hand, is still around. They are a member of the MMA. Their version 3 GM set was "Recommended by The Fat Man for General MIDI Music" (1996). Besides the classic UltraSound GM sets, they've also made the GM set for the iOS version of Synthesia.
