Shows one way to meet the requirements of the 'Secret Sleuth' Achievement (50G) or Trophy (Bronze) in the 2020 re-release of Doom 64. To unlock it, the player must discover any score-affecting Secret in the game.
Note: Using cheats (cheat codes/functions/parameters/console commands) in a game of Doom 64 can prevent Achievements/Trophies from being unlocked during that game. (No cheats were used in the making of this video.) Passwords can be used, and in general will not interfere with unlocking Achievements/Trophies.
In this video the player starts a new game at a low Skill level, and proceeds to the nearest accessible score-affecting Secret area, a small cubbyhole containing an armor vest. (See youtu.be/ZUcYwBCqll4 and for more about the score-affecting Secrets on this level, and access classicdoom.com/d64maps.htm for maps of all levels in the main Doom 64 campaign.)
