4/5 Secrets

The voting was a four-way tie between Italo Doom, This, Dimensions, and Slaughterfest 3. I chose this one. While playing this, I realized a blind playthrough is pretty damn boring to watch without commentary. There’s like 10 minutes of me at the end trying to find secrets, so I apologize for that.
A side note: I figured out why the table of contents don’t embed in the video sometimes. It’s because I need to include something at 0:00 for it to work. It’s also a little harder to make the table of contents for this WAD because there’s not as many setpieces as past playthroughs.
Table of Contents:
0:00 Launch Pad McQuack
1:20 A Nice Romp around the Courtyard while John Lennon’s “Imagine” Plays on Repeat
1:53 Baron Trump’s Sewers
2:57 The Mancu-Bus Stop
4:15 Big Woodie’s Hallways of Shit
4:46 Ambushed by Flying Fucks at Bruce Hornsby’s Rocket Launcher Emporium
6:23 Imps on Hominy Ridge
8:15 Bill, Ted, and Maurice Face the Music
11:05 Skip Me Killing the Cyber
11:21 Pete Squallum’s Colostomy Palace
12:35 A Tale of Two Shitty Caco Closets
17:55 Skip Me Secret Hunting
Serious Review:
I liked it for the most part. There was nothing super annoying, except for two of the most annoying sniper revenants of all time, which I pretty much hated. Towards the 10-minute mark, you can see one of the typical hallmarks of a Ribbiks map, which is low ammo supply, which you guys know how I feel about that. No disrespect to Ribbiks at all, because he’s obviously a master mapper, I just think we have different tastes. My frustration at the low ammo supply was accentuated by the fact that I found a secret with an entire plasma cell box, yet I never found a Plasma Gun, which, to be quite frank, pissed me off.
So, in total, I enjoyed it, but my experience was slightly ruined by the low ammo for the cyber and the sniper revenants.
7/10
