Don’t waste your time in Traverse City, Michigan… because you’re going to want every minute you can get!
This week, we continue our counterclockwise trip around the Mitt and explore one of our favorite parts of Northern Michigan. From the shoreline drives, lighthouses and small towns of the Leelanau Peninsula to the vineyards of Old Mission Peninsula, bike trails, farm-to-table food and a few unexpected moments along the way, there was simply too much to squeeze into a normal episode.
We’ve been to Traverse City before, but this trip reminded us just how much there is to experience in this part of Michigan. And thanks to a few KYD community members we met along the way, this one also felt a little like classic KYD.
It’s an extended cut, Caleb gets a little carried away with the cinematic drama 😂, and if Northern Michigan isn’t already on your list, it might be by the end.
