And BBQ and tuna? Okay, okay just hear me out! So many people will turn their noses up at this, but don’t knock it til you’ve tried it.

▪️drain tuna and throw it in a skillet
▪️add bbq sauce, the one I show here from TJ’s is the best they have. I don’t love the natural flavor in it, but it has better ingredients than most
▪️get another skillet hot or add the bbq mixture to a bowl and use same skillet.
▪️add your wrap, again TJ’s doesn’t have a great option for this. There are seed oils in their wraps, so choose @sietefoods wraps when you can OR
PRO TIP: add on top of a salad hot. Goodness gracious this is good!
▪️Add your cheese, I like @tillamook cheese from TJ’s I shred it myself so much better that way.
▪️add your bbq tuna and let the wrap get crispy 🙌
▪️add veggies or spinach too! Super yummy 😋
