Donna Noble is my favourite character from Doctor Who. She was the perfect companion to the Doctor, and the best friend he could have ever asked for. I love how no matter how many times people, especially her own mother, were trying to break her spirit, she never gave up. She was always strong, and always tried her hardest. Although there were moments she didn't believe in herself, and she never believed she was "special," I always thought she was amazing, and brilliant, and so did the Doctor. He believed in her, and watching the hope glimmer in her eyes in almost every episode she was a part of was amazing to see. I love this character sooo much. The end to her story was so tragic, and it always breaks my heart.

Donna spent a whole season learning that she WAS special, and that she WAS important, to the whole universe. And to have all that wiped from her memory, and to live the rest of her life thinking she's just an ordinary person; well it breaks my heart. In the end though, her grandfather, and the Doctor, the two most important people in Donna's life, will always know the great and wonderful things she has done in her life, and will never forget how brave, strong, and smart she was.
