In the eighth season of the hit CW series 'Smallville', Chloe (Allison Mack) begins to embark on her new journey with soon-to-be-husband, Jimmy Olsen (Aaron Ashmore). But, when paramedic, and tortured soul, Davis Bloome (Sam Witwer), enters her life, her happily ever after takes a wrong turn! And, as Chloe begins to experience a serious increase in knowledge, she realises that she's being taken over by Brainiac!
This season, Chloe will go to new lengths to protect Clark (Tom Welling), even if it means sacrificing herself so that he can become the hero he needs to be!
