I wrote and produced “Into The Unknown” after spending countless days alone inside my house, without seeing any daylight, going outside or seeing anyone. Growing up I spent most of my days alone. Inside. Creating sounds. Just me and my music. Not knowing what the future would hold. I have been making and releasing music from the age of thirteen and it will always be the biggest love in my life. This past year brought me back to that period in my life, a period of solitude as well as inner peace, away from all the chaos. Being on my own so much reminded me that I have always been living inside my own head, my own reality, my own zone. Not knowing what your next destination will be, FEELING LOST at times, can be scary but it can also make way for new things, it can clear your mind. Creating new things and stepping outside of my comfort zone as a direct result of this pandemic has given me a sense of inner peace. Not knowing what the future will hold is okay, sometimes we have to embrace the unknown...

Welcome to my LA studio, something I’ve been building for over two years. This space means a lot to me. Hexagon Studios Los Angeles is where futuristic ideas meet inspiration from the past, and I couldn’t be more excited to finally share it with you.

Ive been living with this record for almost a year, shaping it, rebuilding it, obsessing over every detail to make it the perfect first chapter of my FLUX, the third and final chapter of my album trilogy after FUTURE and FOREVER. Collaborating with Wiz Khalifa and Chri$tian Gate$ pushed the energy to a whole new dimension. This song feels like a bridge between the Don Diablo world youve known and the one Im stepping into, past and future colliding in sound and spirit. For me, this is what electronic music should be: passion-driven, message-powered, and unapologetically futuristic and innovative. I want it to pull you into your own universe or maybe into mine and let you feel something bigger than yourself. This is the beginning of a new chapter for me and I couldnt be more excited!
