On March 28, 2025, hundreds of animal rights activists marched through Melbourne to bring attention to the horrors of animal farming and slaughter.

Over the past two years, the Farm Transparency Project team has investigated 30 Australian slaughterhouses, uncovering animal cruelty and illegal practices at each one.

This march demanded legal protection for animals and brought attention to the suffering that our society causes to non-human animals.

It’s time to shut down slaughterhouses.
