Fairly fun game with some cool exploration and visual designs.
Doing your first playthrough on hard difficulty is pretty challenging. Royal Guard Corps is one of the tougher bosses, took me a few tries.
Gameplay is very much Armored Core (1-3 & 5th gen, 4 and 6 not so much) + Demon's Souls (large areas accessible through archstones, no estus flask so reliance on consumables, lots of empty atmospheric areas & gimmick bosses, music only during boss fights.. etc)

Pretty fun extra stage, though I dont think it outdoes the main game. Easier / shorter than I expected. I wasnt ready for the final which seems like the thing you really need to learn..
Looking forward to Ultra mode for the main stages.
