Even though they’re supposed to try and get along, South Korea and Japan have another spat over a pair of rocks. North Korea declares a no-fly zone. Plus the court rules on the Bali Nine ringleaders’ execution.
South Korea and Japan spar once more over rocks
When looking at the relationship between South Korea and Japan, a lot of bad blood exists between them. An issue that continuously stirs the pot are a pair of small islets located about half-way between the two countries. Today a look at the issue and a way to resolve it.
North Korea set no-fly Zone
North Korea issued a no-sail and no-fly warning off its east coast, suggesting it could be setting the stage for a missile test now that Defense Secretary Carter is in the region.
Indonesia rejects execution stay
An Indonesian court rejected the last-ditch challenges by two Australians scheduled to be executed by firing squad.
