In this video I compare the Universal audio UA plugin of UA 1176LN rev E to two original 1970s UREI compressors; 1973 Rev F and 1975 Rev H. I'm playing a Ludwig 3-ply 70s kit miked by two Neumann KM84 mics. This is the compressor that Jimmy Page and Andy Johns used on John Bonhams classic drums on When the Levee breaks.
