In this video I compare a 1970s Gibson Superbucker (Tar back) to a 1970s Gibson Patent No. T-Top. The Tar Back can still be had relatively cheap. I'm putting both pickups in the bridge position of the 2008 Gibson Les Paul R9 and use 1971 Marshall Super Lead and 4x12.
