The claims around AmpHuman almost seem to good to be true. 'AmpHuman stops that burn', 'AmpHuman keeps your legs fresher so you can push harder' and much more. I thought the only way to really know if this is true was to check it out myself.

AmpHuman PR Lotion is a bicard lotion that you rub onto your legs. Once soaked in, the bicarb should stop the build up of lactic acid as you cycle. I tried it on a few long outdoor rides as well as a high intensity indoor workout.
