BDTB is a Hip Hop music and culture amplifier. Starting out as a Hip Hop blog sharing dope Hip Hop-related music from 2009-2016, with over 12,000 posts amplifying Hip Hop music and artists, the blog then switched platforms to focus on music playlisting and music and news uploads on YouTube (our Turn Off Your Radio playlist started in 2013 and is still active). We then launched a weekly Hip Hop culture podcast called the New Old Heads in 2016 with a focus on Hip Hop deep dives and news. BDTB has actively supported and collaborated with many creators in the Hip Hop space, been very active in boosting the Indianapolis Hip Hop and beat scene, conducted multiple interviews with Hip Hop voices and artists, and continued to curate impactful and important Hip Hop media.
