This is Barbara Frazier a supervisor for dispatch at the Lafollette police department. It all started December 23, 2023. I was recording some of the L.P.D. I was unlawfully trespassed this day. I went across the street to continue filming when we crossed the street Barbara Frazier A.K.A dumb poop waked up behind me and started recording.
Someone advised me she was actually on duty when she showed up to harass us. I inserted just a small portion of her YouTube comments for you all to see that she is a true Karen. Also, so you can tell me in the comments what you think is going on between the Chief Wallen and Barbara. Keep in mind they both are married and have families. If there was absolutely nothing going on, why does she say something about how are you going to find out??? The second portion of this video was filmed on January 2, 2024. Since then, she comments, harasses, threatens and intimidates us. As you will see when you watch this video. So please read the included comments. She obviously does not know how to provide recordings of e-911 calls. I placed a request for one on January 2024. At this point we are still waiting on a valid response.
