This is an update to my arrest shown on @sanjoaquinvalleytransparency1 @JamesFreeman1 My first arrest was October 24 2023 it was for disorderly conduct Lafollette Police officer Anthony Mahar and others. I was 2 days away from trail and on October 21st i got a message saying there was gonna be a warrant for failure to keep contact with the court in Campbell County Tennessee. Please know this court date no one had made me aware oh well i did get a text on Sunday saying be there Monday but didnt gwt service till i left my home the next morning. So they threw me in jail no bond recorded my entire intake on an audio recorder they had just for that im guessing. The jail refused to take me to the hospital when i initially had problems with my heart it took my bf and family calling to get them to do the right thing. They put me in solitary and told me i wouldn't go to court for at least a month. So i stayed in solitary 10 days i took a plea because i was worried about my health. I did the right thing because the day i got out a guy died in population from a heart attack and i understand why. they wait till its to late to listen to the inmates. I plan on filling fir post conviction relief. Theres alot more to come about Deputy Minor With the Campbell County sherriffs department in Tennessee
