We often get the question whether splitter cables are required for 4G MIMO routers. In this video we discuss the topic of 4G MIMO Antennas, and if you don't have a MIMO but only a single 4G antenna...what do you do?
In short, we explain why we don't really endorse the splitter concept, let alone the splitter cables.
It certainly has its place in radio designs, but more for splitting to different radios and not to make a radio see the same antenna from both main and aux antenna ports
