Americans Against MLMs “How to Guide: Filing a False Health or Income Claim”: americansagainstmlms.com/antimlm/filecomplaint

It seems that the multi-level marketing community is using coronavirus to prey upon people’s fears of the unknown and recruit new victims into their mlm scams. Not too long ago the Federal Trade Commission sent out warning letters to 10 MLMs in an attempt to stop their reps from claiming their MLM opportunity could save those who have been affected by the virus or from saying their products can prevent or cure covid19. Unfortunately, a lot of reps have found some success in using the pandemic as a marketing tool, and fuel is only added to the fire when network marketing experts, like Eric Worre, urge reps to use the situation to their advantage. Health MLMs, like doTerra and Young Living, are selling out of their “immunity supporting” products, and beauty companies like Monat and Younique are seeing high sales as well. If you come across any MLMers using illegal health or income claims, please report them to the FTC or to Truth in Advertising!
This video and other videos on my channel are a great resource to use if you’ve ever thought to yourself, “are MLMs scams”, “do MLMs actually work”, “are MLMs pyramid schemes”, or “are MLMs cults”. Genetically Modified Skeptic and I have been researching and debunking MLM false claims for many years now, and I’m excited to finally have a platform of my own to further the antimlm movement!
