Number 20 is Low Of Solipsism (composed by Hideki Taniuchi and Yoshinisa Hirano). It's from the first Death Note OST. I prefere this verison than the second one, as obviously shown XD It really captures the mood more than the 2nd one. Enjoy.

To be honest it may not be the best song on here, but after awhile, when you hear it over and over again, it kind of sticks in your mind and has a strange affect on you after hearing it so much.
