At number 37 its The Clock Hands Ring (composed by Hideki Taniuchi and Yoshihisa Hirano). Its from the Second Death Note OST. To be honest it may not be the best song on here, but after awhile, when you hear it over and over again, it kind of sticks in your mind and has a strange affect on you after hearing it so much.
